Confirmed by Richard Comely as part of an advertising package sent to radio stations, newspapers and other media outlets. Printed on dull white paper with a peach cover this 16 page ashcan copy is 8.5"x5.5" and was signed by Richard (a red ink signature and black ink signature have been verified so far)

No French editions were printed. These issues were not distributed to Newsstand market. According to Richard Comely, 7700 copies were given away and probably not saved by collectors, 300 copies were distributed to the direct comic book market and that less than 50 copies still exist.
